Railroad Crossing: DW

Ey! My first cartoon! Btw, this will be a series! Yup, a series of tv/movie crossovers. Probably mostly Doctor Who because it's my favourite and I don't watch a lot of other tv shows. Sorry for the bad scan quality. It was inevitable. I tried to touch it up in photoshop.
So basically the DW obviously stands for Doctor Who. But does it? Doctor Watson doesn't seem to think so! Oh yes, sexy British men in hats, ties, and tweed coats. Lovely.
I'm making the sequels in advanced so hopefully I can put up one a week. Suspense! I can't wait to share them with you.
Also, please give me suggestions for improving my art. I'm not used to drawing cartoons and I don't know any tricks or techniques. Thanks for taking a look
